Dishwasher detergent - Seventh Generation Dishwasher Detergent Packs: Free of fragrances, dyes, phosphates, and chlorine bleach.
Hand soap - Puracy Natural Hand Soap, Lavender & Vanilla: No skin harming chemicals (no cocamidopropyl betaine, sulfates (SLS, SLES, SCS) triclosan, petrochemicals, animal by-products or other harsh chemicals.
Shower filter - AquaHomeGroup: Reduces chlorine, heavy metals, rust, sand and other sediments that pound away on your skin in the shower.
SELF-CARE PRODUCTS
Shampoo, conditioner and hair product - Innersense: a friend introduced me to Innersense and they’re pretty awesome. The shampoo and conditioner both smell fantastic and take good care of my hair. Free of sulfate, paraben, silicone, phthalates, propylene glycol, ethoxylate, synthetic frangrances, or artificial dyes. Not cheap but I’m a huge fan. I use their shampoo, conditioner and texturizer.
Bodywash soap - The Grandpa Soap Company (oatmeal): Great stuff, I use it for my body and face in the shower. Lathers and cleans just like any other soap. Contains no phthlates, sulfates, parabens, EDTA, animal by-products, artificial fragrances or colorants.
Deodorant - Kopari Aluminum-Free Deodorant Original Coconut Oil: I’ve struggled to find the right deodorant, at least a healthier kind, but Kopari is what I use for now. 100% organic coconut and free of aluminum, baking soda, parabens, silicone and phthalates.
Facial Moisturizer - Christina Moss (Unscented): According to the description, they use “no harmful chemicals whatsoever”… Specifically no SLS, SLES, Parabens, PG or derivatives, Sulfates, Dyes, Synthetic fragrance or anesthetizing agents.
Toothpaste - Himalaya Botanique Whitening, Simply Mint: Minty fresh with plant based ingredients and none of the stuff you don’t want… Fluoride free, triclosan free, SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) free, carrageenan free.
